CSW16022 is the design-led panel in our fluted range: a 160mm slat with a tighter groove and a flatter relief, measuring 2900x160x22mm. The effect is architectural rather than rustic, a straight repeated line that suits minimal interiors, long reception walls and high ceilings where deep fluting would look heavy.

It carries the same commercial advantages as the rest of the range. Boards arrive pre-finished in a consistent color, install dry on battens or flat substrates, and resist humidity and scuffing. Installation

Set out the panel grid from the room center so both end cuts stay equal.

Fix battens or clips at 400mm centers and check the line with a laser level.

Clip boards in sequence, keeping the groove line vertical and continuous.

Fit internal and external trims, then clean the surface with a damp cloth.

Boards clip together and fix to timber or metal battens at 400mm centers, or directly to a flat substrate with stainless clips and screws. Allow 10mm expansion gaps at ends, corners and ceiling lines.

Yes. The composite face resists humidity and wiping, so washroom walls and desk fronts are common uses. In continuously wet areas keep the panel above splash level and seal cut edges with the matching trim.
