Overview

PS wall panel shapes are molded polystyrene profiles that add depth to a wall instead of a flat printed finish. Available profiles include wave, brick, diamond, slat and fluted patterns, each with a relief depth that casts shadows and breaks up large flat surfaces.

The panels are light and rigid enough to span a ceiling or wall without framing, and the surface accepts water-based paint if you prefer a custom color. Installation uses panel adhesive on flat substrates, and the same profile can be repeated to cover a full wall.

Installation

Measure the wall and work out the repeat count for the profile, so the pattern ends evenly at both sides.

Mark level guide lines on the wall and dry-lay panels to confirm the pattern runs straight in both directions.

Cut panels with a utility knife and apply panel adhesive in beads, adding extra at edges and corners.

Press panels into place one by one, keep the relief aligned, then wipe excess adhesive off with a cloth.

Packing & Loading

Panels are stacked in cartons with foam separators and edge boards to protect the raised relief in transit.
A 20GP container loads roughly 3500-4500 m2 depending on profile depth and the sheet sizes ordered.
Cartons carry model, profile code, color, batch and quantity; buyer-branded labels suit OEM orders.

Loading & documents

We photograph every container during loading and send the packing list before the vessel sails.

Yes. The molded face accepts water-based wall paint without special primer. Apply two thin coats rather than one heavy coat, so the relief edges stay crisp and the panel does not soften under moisture.

Yes, the panels are light enough for ceiling use when bonded with panel adhesive, and no extra framing is needed. For large ceilings we advise additional adhesive coverage and perimeter support.

MOQ is 500 m2 per profile, and mixed profile orders can be consolidated into one container. Lead time is 15-20 working days after deposit, shipping from Shenzhen or Guangzhou port.
