Overview

Soft porcelain weave starts from a mineral core and a sintered porcelain-like surface, then a woven textile grain is pressed into the face. The result is a flexible sheet with the touch and sheen of fine fabric, used where flat printed wall film looks too thin for a design-led interior.

The material stays pliable at 1-3mm, cutting with a knife and bonding with adhesive to curved and flat substrates. Because the texture is molded rather than printed, the grain keeps its depth after cleaning and does not wear flat in corridors or lift lobbies.

Product Features

Molded Fabric Grain

The weave pattern is pressed into the surface instead of printed on it, so the texture keeps its depth under light and after cleaning.

Flexible Mineral Sheet

At 1-3mm the sheet bends around columns and arches without cracking, letting one material run from a flat wall onto a curved return.

Scuff-Resistant Face

The porcelain-like surface resists scuffing and light abrasion better than soft PVC film, which suits corridors, lifts and reception areas.

Easy Wipe Clean

A dense, non-porous face keeps dust and stains on the surface, so routine cleaning with a damp cloth is normally enough for upkeep.

Installation

Confirm the wall is dry, flat and dust free; fill dents and sand the surface so the weave reads evenly.

Dry-fit the sheets and match the weave direction across the layout, then cut to size with a sharp knife.

Trowel flexible adhesive onto the wall and the sheet back, press into place and roll from the center out.

Seal joints with matching sealant after 24 hours, then wipe the face with a damp cloth to finish.

Packing & Loading

Sheets are laid flat in moisture-proof cartons with foam corner guards to protect the weave in transit.
A 20GP container loads about 3000 m2 of 1-3mm sheet, depending on the sheet size chosen for the order.
Each carton shows model, color code, batch and quantity; private labels can be printed for OEM orders.

Loading & documents

We photograph every container during loading and send the packing list before the vessel sails.

Soft Porcelain Weave Stone Sheet — Product FAQ

The base sheet is similar, but this product carries a molded woven texture rather than a stone grain. It suits interiors where a fabric look is wanted while keeping the fire and flexibility advantages of a mineral sheet.

It performs well in bathrooms, kitchens and other humid interiors when joints are sealed with waterproof sealant and edges are capped. Direct water immersion is not recommended; use a dedicated panel in shower enclosures.

A 20GP container normally loads about 3000 m2 of 1-3mm product, and a 40HQ roughly double that. Final quantity depends on sheet size and pallet layout, so we confirm the exact figure in the invoice.
