Overview

ODS-156 is our exterior co-extruded wall panel, built for elevations that cannot afford to fade, warp or leak. A hollow WPC core stays light and straight, while the co-extruded cap bonds a UV-stabilised skin to the face during extrusion, not after it. The board holds colour through monsoon summers and hard winters, and never needs repainting.

The panel is designed as a system, not a board. It fixes to a ventilated sub-frame with hidden stainless clips, so the cavity behind drains and dries, insulation keeps working, and the facade reads as one flat plane with no visible fasteners. Matching trims, corners and skirting are film-laminated in the same colour batch, so wall edges match the field exactly.

Co-Extruded UV-Stable Cap

The cap is bonded to the core during extrusion rather than laminated afterwards, so colour and gloss cannot peel, blister or delaminate.

Ventilated Rainscreen Build-Up

A drained, back-ventilated cavity behind the panel keeps the wall dry, protects the substrate and lets insulation perform as designed.

Hidden Stainless Clip Fixing

Panels lock onto vertical carrier rails with concealed 304 stainless clips, giving a fastener-free face and fast, repeatable installation.

Same-Batch Colour Matching

Panels, trims, corners and clips are supplied from one colour batch, so the finished wall shows no shade break between field and edge.

Installation

Set out and level the aluminium sub-frame at 400-600 mm centres, leaving a 30-50 mm ventilated cavity behind.

Fix vertical carrier rails to the substrate with stainless anchors, checking plumb and plane first.

Engage the first panel on the starter trim, then lock each board with hidden stainless clips along the joint.

Close edges with matching aluminium trims and corners, then wipe the surface with a soft dry cloth.

Packing & Loading

Panels are stacked face to face with protective film and foam interleaves, banded onto 1200 x 2900 mm pallets.
Each pallet carries a batch and colour label so panels and trims can be matched on site without guesswork.
Standard export packing suits 20 ft and 40 ft HQ containers, and a loading plan is issued with every order.

Loading & documents

We photograph every container during loading and send the packing list before the vessel sails.

Outdoor Co-Extruded Wall Panel — Product FAQ

Yes. The cap carries UV stabilisers and colour pigment in the surface layer, so it resists fading and chalking under strong sun. For coastal sites, specify 304 or 316 stainless clips and anchors, and keep the ventilated cavity clear.

Painted and laminated boards rely on a coating that sits on the surface and can flake at cut edges. On co-extruded board the cap forms with the profile, so the colour sits through the outer layer and holds on edges, corners and cut ends.

MOQ is 500 m2 per colour, and mixed colours can be combined in one container. Production takes 15-25 working days after deposit and colour approval, and we load from Shenzhen or Guangzhou.

Yes. Panels, aluminium trims, corners, end caps and stainless clips are quoted as one system. Trims are film-laminated in the same colour batch as the panels, so accessories arrive matched rather than sourced separately.
