Installation

Check the wall for flatness, then mark the sheet layout so joints fall on a grid and avoid narrow strips.

Cut the panel with a fine-tooth circular saw, and drill fixing holes before the sheet goes up on the wall.

Apply structural adhesive in beads across the back and press the sheet firmly, using spacers to set joints.

Fit matching trim at corners and edges, seal joints with silicone, then clean the face with a soft cloth.

Packing & Loading

Panels are packed face to face in wooden crates with foam and corner protection to prevent scratching.
A 20GP container loads about 600-800 sheets depending on thickness; loading plans are confirmed per order.
Each crate is labeled with model, color, thickness, batch and quantity, and custom labels suit OEM orders.

We photograph every container during loading and send the packing list before the vessel sails.

Yes. The surface layer is non-porous and does not absorb water, so the panel performs well in bathrooms, kitchens and humid interiors. Sealing joints with silicone keeps moisture out of the wall cavity behind.

The panel is designed for wall cladding, cabinet fronts and similar vertical surfaces. Floor use is not recommended because the crystal face can chip under point loads from furniture and foot traffic.

MOQ is 300 m2 per color, or a full container mix for mixed orders. Production takes 15-20 working days after deposit, and we ship from Shenzhen or Guangzhou by sea in FCL or LCL.
