Overview

ACP-800 is a solid high-impact PVC wall panel for corridors, service routes and parking structures. The dense core spreads the energy of a trolley, bed or bumper strike across the panel, so the wall behind stays intact and the surface springs back instead of denting like plasterboard or cracking like tile.

Panels come in 1200 x 2400 mm and 1220 x 2800 mm sheets at 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm, in a range of solid and safety colors. The closed, non-porous face wipes clean for hospital, food and laboratory areas, and fire performance is Class B1 as standard with a Class A option for escape routes.

Product Features

High-Impact PVC Core

A dense HPVC core absorbs trolley, bed and bumper strikes and returns to shape, protecting the wall behind it from costly repairs.

Hygienic Wipe-Clean Face

The non-porous surface takes hospital disinfectants and wipes clean, which suits wards, clean rooms and food production areas.

Safety and Solid Colors

Panels come in white, grey and beige as standard, with safety yellow and warning stripes for car parks, ramps and loading docks.

Fire Options B1 or Class A

Class B1 is the standard grade, and a Class A option is available where escape routes, tunnels or car parks require it.

Installation

Check the wall is flat, dry and sound, mark setting-out lines and confirm door and equipment positions.

Cut panels with a woodworking saw or repeated knife passes, then chamfer the cut edges and remove burrs.

Spread adhesive across the back, press the panel to the wall and add mechanical fixings at edges and joints.

Fit PVC corners, trims and skirting, seal joints with matching sealant, then clean and hand over.

Packing & Loading

  • Panels are stacked face to face with pearl cotton between them, then boxed with corner protection.
  • Pallets are wrapped and covered, and sheets load flat so that transit pressure cannot bow or mark the faces.
  • Cartons show model, size, quantity and batch number; OEM labels, neutral packing and shipping marks available.

Loading & documents

We photograph every container during loading and send the packing list before the vessel sails.

Anti-Collision Wall Protection Panel — Product FAQ

8 mm suits corridors with trolleys and beds, 10 mm is the common choice for hospital and school circulation areas, and 12 mm is specified for car parks, ramps and loading bays where vehicles make contact.
Panels bond to sound plaster, concrete or blockwork with construction adhesive. Where the wall is uneven, or the panel is 12 mm, add mechanical fixings at edges and joints so the sheet stays tight to the wall.
Butt joints are sealed with color-matched silicone, and we supply PVC corner profiles, end caps and skirting trims, so external corners and wall bases are protected as part of the same system.
Yes. Class B1 is standard, and we produce a Class A option for escape routes, tunnels, metro and car park walls. Test reports travel with the shipment, so confirm the requirement when you request a quotation.
