Overview

The UV-GD gilded sheet is built on a high-density PVC substrate and finished with a hot-stamped marble print that carries real gold-vein movement rather than a flat photographic pattern. A UV-cured top coat then locks the effect in, so the surface keeps its depth under daylight, spotlights and reflected interior lighting.

Panels come in 1220 x 2440 mm, 2800 mm and 2900 mm lengths and 2 mm to 3 mm thickness, and bond directly to flat walls, columns and cabinet fronts with construction adhesive. They are water-resistant, wipe clean with a damp cloth, and ship in export cartons from Shenzhen or Guangzhou, typically within 15 to 25 working days.

Product Features

Hot-Stamped Gold Vein

Gold and grey veining is transferred at high temperature, so the pattern carries depth instead of sitting on the surface like printed film.

UV-Cured Gloss Surface

The UV top coat cures to a hard, non-yellowing gloss that resists scratches, moisture, alcohol and everyday cleaning agents.

Rigid PVC Core

The 2 mm to 3 mm core stays flat on walls, needs no backing board and cuts with a standard utility knife or fine-tooth saw.

Fast Adhesive Fixing

Panels bond to plaster, concrete, tile and wood with construction adhesive, which shortens fit-out time on large hotel and retail projects.

Installation

Check the substrate is flat, dry and dust-free, then mark vertical and horizontal setting-out lines.

Measure and cut each sheet with a utility knife, leaving a 2 mm expansion gap at edges and corners.

Apply construction adhesive in beads to the panel back and press it firmly onto the wall within 20 minutes.

Seal joints with color-matched sealant, peel off the protective film and wipe the surface with a soft cloth.

Packing & Loading

Panels are stacked face to face with interleaved foam and strapped into five-ply export cartons.
Pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner boards, and plywood sheets prevent bowing during container loading.
Cartons show model, size, quantity and batch number; OEM cartons and private labels are available on request.

Loading & documents

We photograph every container during loading and send the packing list before the vessel sails.

PVC Marble Sheet - Gilded — Product FAQ

The gilded series uses a hot-stamping transfer that produces metallic gold veining with visible depth, while standard printing reproduces a flat photographic image. Both use the same UV-cured top coat.

Yes. The PVC core does not absorb water and the UV coating wipes clean, so the sheet suits bathroom walls, kitchen backsplashes and shower surrounds. Seal cut edges and joints with neutral silicone to keep moisture out.

MOQ is 300 m2 per color and pattern. Standard production runs 15 to 25 working days after the deposit is received, and we ship from Shenzhen or Guangzhou by sea, rail or air.

We can supply color-matched sealant, corner trims and edge profiles, and we send free A4 samples of the stock range for approval before mass production starts.
