Overview

PS wall panel is made from polystyrene sheet with a printed decorative layer and a UV-cured top coat. The coating protects the pattern from fading and makes the face easy to wipe, while the board itself stays thin at 1-2mm and light enough for one person to handle full sheets.

It bonds with adhesive to cement, plaster, plywood and tile substrates, so walls can be refreshed without demolition or wet trades. Standard sizes cover 300x300mm and 600x600mm decorative tiles plus 2900x300mm strips for full-height wall coverage.

Product Features

UV Coated Surface

The UV-cured top coat locks in the printed pattern and slows yellowing, keeping colors stable in rooms with strong daylight.

Light and Thin

At 1-2mm and low weight per sheet, panels cut with a knife and install with adhesive, which reduces freight and labor cost.

Moisture Resistant

Polystyrene does not absorb water, so panels stay dimensionally stable in humid rooms and do not swell, warp or grow mold.

Eco Grade Core

The eco grade formulation limits volatile emission and meets E0 requirements, making it suitable for bedrooms, schools and clinics.

Installation

Clean the wall and fill any holes, then check flatness with a straightedge so gaps do not show.

Measure the wall and plan the layout from the center outward, so cut panels fall evenly at both ends.

Cut panels to size with a utility knife and apply panel adhesive in an even pattern on the back.

Press each panel onto the wall, keep joints tight, and fit trims at corners, edges and ceiling lines.

Packing & Loading

Panels are packed flat in cartons with protective film on the decorated face to prevent scratches.
A 20GP container loads about 4000-5000 m2 depending on size; 2900x300mm strips ship in long cartons.
Each carton is marked with model, design code, batch and quantity; OEM cartons carry buyer branding.

Loading & documents

We photograph every container during loading and send the packing list before the vessel sails.

PS Wall Panel Eco Grade — Product FAQ

The eco grade board meets E0 emission limits and is widely used in homes, offices and clinics. Freshly installed rooms should still be ventilated for a few days, as with any panel product, before occupation.

Yes, provided the tile surface is sound, clean and reasonably flat. Sand glossy tiles lightly and use a suitable adhesive so panels bond firmly, and fill deep grout lines first to avoid shadow lines.

The UV-cured coating slows fading considerably compared with uncoated printed film. In normal interior conditions colors stay stable for years; long term direct sunlight near windows may still shift tone.

MOQ is 500 m2 per design for standard patterns, with 15-20 working days after deposit. Custom printed designs require artwork approval and a higher minimum quantity per pattern.
