Overview

Flexible stone veneer combines crushed natural stone with a modified polymer base to produce a thin, pliable sheet. At 1-3mm thick it follows curved columns, arches and irregular substrates that rigid stone cannot cover, while keeping the color variation and graining of quarried stone on the surface.

It installs with adhesive over cement board, plywood, tile or painted walls, so a full facade project can finish without extra framing or heavy lifting. Panel weight stays at 3-6 kg/m2 and the material cuts with a utility knife.

The sheet flexes to a radius above 20mm without cracking, so columns, arches and rounded corners can carry a continuous stone face.

Installation

Check the substrate for flatness and clean off dust, oil and loose material before any sheet is cut.

Dry-lay the sheets to confirm pattern direction and color mix, then cut with a utility knife to size.

Apply flexible stone adhesive to both wall and sheet back, then press firmly and roll out trapped air.

After 24 hours, grout the joints with matching sealant, then clean the surface with a damp cloth to finish.

Packing & Loading

Sheets are packed flat in moisture-proof cartons with corner protectors, then stacked on fumigated pallets.
A 20GP container loads roughly 3000 m2 of 1-3mm veneer, based on standard carton and pallet layout.
Every carton carries model, color code, batch number and quantity; custom labels follow buyer artwork.

Loading & documents

We photograph every container during loading and send the packing list before the vessel sails.

Flexible Stone Veneer — Product FAQ

It is a mineral composite: about 70 percent natural stone powder bound with a modified polymer. The surface shows the graining of natural stone, but the sheet stays flexible and light, so it works where rigid stone cannot be installed.

Yes, when bonded with exterior-grade flexible stone adhesive and sealed with weather-resistant sealant at the joints. The A2 mineral core resists UV and frost, and projects in humid or coastal climates hold up over years of service.

Yes. The sheet bends to a radius above 20mm at room temperature, which covers most columns, arches and corners. For tighter radii, warm the sheet with a heat gun before bending it into place.

Standard colors ship in 15-20 working days after deposit. Custom color matching adds about 5 working days for sample approval. We ship from Shenzhen or Guangzhou.
