Overview

ODL-100 is our exterior WPC louver system, made for facades and screens that need to control sun, airflow and sightlines at the same time. Each blade is 2900 x 100 x 50 mm, co-extruded with a UV-stable outer layer over a WPC core, so it keeps colour in strong sun and does not splinter, rot or need annual oiling like painted timber.

Blades clip into a powder-coated aluminium carrier rail rather than being screwed one by one, which keeps the face line straight over long runs and makes the pitch repeatable from the first bay to the last. The same blade set works vertically as a privacy screen, horizontally as a sun baffle ceiling, and in short spans as garden or boundary fencing, and the colours are matched to our co-extruded wall panel range so louver and cladding read as one facade.

Blade Pitch Controls the Shade

Blades fix at any pitch from 60 to 150 mm, so you can block low summer sun, keep winter light, or close the screen for privacy.

Aluminium Carrier Rail System

Blades clip to a powder-coated aluminium rail that holds the line straight over long runs and gives the installer a fixed, repeatable pitch.

Installation

Set out aluminium posts or rails at 600-900 mm centres, checked plumb, level and aligned to the facade.

Fix the powder-coated carrier rail to the structure, keeping one consistent face line along the whole run.

Clip each blade into the rail at the specified pitch, working from the bottom up and checking with a gauge.

Finish the ends with matching louver end caps and trims, then clean the blades with water and a soft cloth.

Packing & Loading

Blades are packed in bundles with foam spacers between every piece, then wrapped and steel-banded for export.
Aluminium rails, end caps and fixing accessories are packed separately and labelled by colour batch and order number.
Loading plans for 20 ft and 40 ft HQ containers are issued with the order to keep freight cost per m2 low.

We photograph every container during loading and send the packing list before the vessel sails.

Outdoor WPC Louver Panel — Product FAQ

Yes. Blade pitch is set on site, so a screen can be open for airflow and sightlines or closed for privacy. For full privacy use a 60-80 mm pitch with a slight overlap, and add a rear mesh if you need to stop vision completely.

The steeper the sun angle on your facade, the wider the pitch you can use. Most projects start at 100 mm pitch for west and south elevations and test a sample panel first, because pitch controls both shading and daylight.

The blade is a hollow 50 mm profile, so it needs support. Keep rail spacing at 600-900 mm, and for wide openings add an intermediate rail. Installed to that spacing, blades stay straight through summer heat and winter cold.

Yes. Louver blades and our co-extruded wall panels share a colour card, and matching orders are laminated and extruded from the same batch, so a shaded facade and its cladding read as one finish.
