FAQ's

MOQ, pricing, lead time, samples, shipping and payment terms — the questions overseas buyers ask most, answered directly. If yours is not here, send it through the form.

General

MOQ depends on the product line. WPC fluted wall panels, bamboo charcoal wood veneer and stone crystal wall panels typically start at 500 m² per color; anti-collision panels at 300 m²; flexible stone at 200 m²; SPC flooring at one 20ft container (about 2,000–2,600 m²); aluminum grilles at 300 m². For a trial order we can sometimes split colors to help you test the market — tell us your target quantity and we will confirm what is actually possible.
Send the product, size, color, quantity and destination port through the inquiry form, email or WhatsApp. We reply within 24 hours on working days with a full quotation in USD. If you are comparing suppliers, tell us the specification you are being quoted and we will price the same spec so the comparison is fair.
Standard production is 15–20 working days after deposit and artwork confirmation for wall panels, 20–25 working days for SPC flooring and aluminum grilles. Peak season (August to November) can add about a week. If you have a fixed vessel cut-off, tell us the date and we will confirm before you place the order rather than after.
Yes. We send a sample box containing the finishes, thicknesses and edge trims relevant to your inquiry, plus the printed catalogue and full color card. You pay the courier cost only, and that amount is credited against your first order. For customized colors we first send a small lab panel for approval, then produce the bulk.
Our standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T to start production, with the balance against the bill of lading copy. For established repeat customers we can discuss other arrangements. We also accept L/C at sight for container-load orders. Payment is in USD; EUR and RMB can be arranged on request.
We ship worldwide. You can nominate your own forwarder and we will deliver to their warehouse in Shenzhen or Guangzhou, or we can quote CIF and door-to-door through our freight partners. For most destinations we can also prepare the customs documents — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and test reports.
Yes — OEM and ODM are a normal part of our business. We can print your logo and product code on the carton, produce your own color, design your carton layout, and pack to your pallet specification and loading pattern. Custom carton artwork usually requires a modest one-off plate cost and adds a few days to the lead time.
Every production lot is sampled and retained, and we photograph the panels and the loading before the container leaves. If material arrives out of specification we will replace it or credit it against your next order — provided you note the issue on the arrival inspection and send photos. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) can be arranged at your cost.
Yes, and most first orders do exactly that — a mixed container is the cheapest way to test several lines at once. Loading is planned so that heavier flooring sits at the bottom and panels are protected against the doors. Tell us the mix you want and we will calculate what fits in a 20ft or 40HQ.
Yes. Matching edge trims, internal and external corners, end caps, skirting, LED channel and fixing clips are produced in the same finish as the panel so the installation reads as one surface. For flexible stone and SPC flooring we also supply the recommended adhesive, underlay and click-lock accessories.
Most of our decorative wall panels are tested to GB 8624 Class B1. Some lines — including stone crystal panels, PU stone and aluminum grilles — are available in Class A2 or with an A2 option. Which grade you need depends on the building type and the local code; tell us the project and we will advise and supply the matching test report.
Our WPC, stone crystal and SPC ranges are formaldehyde-free by construction. Bamboo charcoal wood veneer and acoustic panels are available at E0 or E1 emission class depending on the core. If your market requires CARB P2 or a specific EN standard, tell us and we will confirm which core meets it and issue the test report.
Yes. Send us a physical sample — a piece of the panel you are replacing, a competitor's sample, or a RAL / Pantone reference. We will produce a lab panel for your approval before the bulk run. Color matching on a new film usually requires a one-off plate cost and roughly 7–10 extra days.

WPC Fluted Wall Panel CSW16024

View Details

It is a wood-plastic composite board built on a PVC resin and wood fiber core, co-extruded with a wood-grain surface layer. There is no formaldehyde-added glue line, and the composite core keeps boards stable in humid interiors.
Yes. Water absorption is below 0.8%, so the panels tolerate humid rooms and covered balconies or walkways. For permanent outdoor exposure we still recommend the CSW170 series, which carries a UV-stabilized surface layer.
MOQ is 500 m2 per color. Production runs 15 to 20 working days after deposit and artwork confirmation. For repeat orders we keep your color recipe on file and quote a shorter schedule.
Panels are tested to GB 8624 and reach Class B1. Where a project specifies a higher class, tell us the standard and we will supply the matching formulation with the test report attached to the shipping documents.

WPC Fluted Wall Panel CSW16024B

View Details

The board size is identical at 2900x160x24mm. Variant B has a wider slat face and a narrower shadow groove, so the wall reads flatter and more linear. Both use the same clips and trims.
Yes. Most projects order both profiles in the same color to build two wall rhythms. We calculate quantities per profile and ship them in separately labeled cartons, so site sorting stays simple.
MOQ is 500 m2 in total, which can be split across the two profiles in the same color. Production takes 15 to 20 working days after deposit, with sample boards available before you commit.
We supply end caps, internal and external corner trims and stainless clips matched to every color. Trims are packed with the panels, so contractors receive a complete fixing kit with the shipment.

WPC Semi-Circle Wall Panel CSW15015

View Details

Yes. The 15mm section is light enough for ceiling grids and bulkheads, and the semi-circle face reads well from below. Ceiling installations use the same clips with short battens at 400mm centers.
For square and rectangular columns, yes, using internal and external trims at each corner. For round or curved columns, choose our CSW170 bendable panel, which is designed to follow a radius without cracking.
Dust settles in the arc lines over time, so wipe along the slat direction with a soft damp cloth and a neutral cleaner. Avoid abrasive pads and solvent cleaners that dull the matte wood-grain finish.
Six standard colors cover walnut, teak, oak, champagne, white and charcoal, all in matte wood grain. Custom color matching is possible from 1500 m2 per color, subject to a color sample approved by you.

WPC Wall Panel Design CSW16022

View Details

It suits clean, modern interiors with long wall runs: office receptions, boardrooms and retail interiors. The slimmer groove keeps large elevations calm, where the deeper fluted profiles would look busier.
No. Boards are pre-finished in a matte wood-grain color, so no painting or sealing is needed. Only cut edges at corners and ends are hidden behind matching trims supplied with the order.
Boards clip together and fix to timber or metal battens at 400mm centers, or directly to a flat substrate with stainless clips and screws. Allow 10mm expansion gaps at ends, corners and ceiling lines.
Yes. The composite face resists humidity and wiping, so washroom walls and desk fronts are common uses. In continuously wet areas keep the panel above splash level and seal cut edges with the matching trim.

WPC Curved Wall Panel CSW170

View Details

In a normal workshop temperature it curves comfortably to a radius near 300mm, and tighter arcs are possible if the panel is warmed and pre-bent over a former. Send us the drawing and we will confirm feasibility and a recommended method.
For covered outdoor use, yes, including arcades, canopies and shopfront soffits. The surface carries UV stabilizers, but for full sun and driving rain we recommend confirming the exposure with us before ordering.
Wrap the column with a curved plywood or metal frame first, then bond the panel with construction adhesive and screw it at 200mm centers. Joints land on matching trims, so a full wrap shows no exposed fixings.
MOQ is 500 m2, and smaller trial quantities are possible for approved sample projects. Production takes 15 to 20 working days, and we supply a short curved sample on request so you can test the radius first.

WPC Flat Grooved Wall Panel CSW19512

View Details

Mainly long wall runs and ceilings: hotel and office corridors, station walkways, bulkheads and large retail interiors. The wide board and fine groove line suit surfaces viewed from a distance or at an angle.
The grooves are shallow, so dust buildup is minimal. Routine wiping with a dry or slightly damp cloth along the groove direction is enough; no sealing or refinishing is required over the panel life.
Yes. Boards can run vertically on walls or horizontally on ceilings and bulkheads. Keep the groove direction consistent in each area and allow 10mm expansion gaps at perimeters and butt joints.
Boards ship 10 per carton at about 19kg, protected by moisture film and edge guards. A 20ft container carries roughly 2400 m2 and a 40HQ about 4800 m2, which keeps freight cost per square meter low.

WPC Ceiling Panel CWB209

View Details

Choose 300x9mm strips for linear and batten ceilings, where a tight repeated line is wanted. Choose 3000x300mm modules for grid or lay-in ceilings that need access above the ceiling for ducts and services.
Yes. Water absorption is below 0.8%, so the panels do not swell or stain in humid service areas. In wet rooms keep the panel above splash zone level and run ventilation as normal.
For covered outdoor ceilings such as canopies, arcades and terraces, yes. Avoid fully exposed locations where panels receive direct sun and driving rain, or confirm the exposure with us first.
We supply matching clips, trims and edge profiles with the panels. Standard metal grid and carriers can also be quoted on request so a project receives panels, fixings and accessories in one shipment.

WPC Timber Tube CWT100

View Details

Most baffle ceilings use the 100x50mm tube, which reads clearly from below and spans well between hangers. Use 50x50mm where a finer rhythm or lighter visual weight is wanted in screens and small canopies.
Typical baffle spacing is 100mm to 200mm on center, which keeps the ceiling open for air movement while screening ductwork. Tighter spacing gives more visual mass, and we can quote tube quantities once you fix the spacing.
Yes. Low-voltage LED strip or linear fixtures can be mounted under the tubes, with cable run inside the hollow cavity. Tell us the fixture dimensions and we will confirm the section and cut-out detail before production.
For covered pergolas and canopies, yes. The composite resists moisture and rot, unlike solid timber. In fully exposed locations confirm the exposure with us, as long-term direct sun will gradually fade the surface color.

Slat Acoustic Wall Panel

View Details

The AKP600 reaches NRC 0.85 in laboratory tests with the panel fixed to a solid wall and no air gap. Absorption drops on hollow or uneven substrates, so we recommend a batten grid behind the panel where maximum performance is required.
Yes. A fine-tooth circular saw cuts the MDF slats and felt cleanly. Panels can be bonded over sound plaster, or screw-fixed to a batten grid when the substrate is uneven or out of plumb.
Minimum order is 300 m2 per color. Standard colors ship in 15-20 working days after deposit; custom slat spacing or panel length needs sample approval first and then runs on the same schedule.
Yes. End trims, inside and outside corners and edge sealant come in the same finish, so the acoustic wall reads as one continuous surface at returns, columns and door reveals.

Bamboo Charcoal Wood Veneer - Wood Grain

View Details

The surface is a printed and embossed film rather than sliced timber, so grain repeat is more uniform and cost is far lower. It cannot be sanded like real veneer, but it will not split or lift in humid rooms the way thin veneer can.
Yes, in normal interior conditions. The core is moisture resistant and the film is sealed, so splashes and steam are not a problem. For shower enclosures and areas in direct water contact, use tile or a dedicated wet-area panel instead.
Stock thicknesses are 5 mm, 8 mm and 9 mm on 1220 x 2800 mm sheets. Minimum order is 300 m2 per color for stock items and 500 m2 for custom colors, with 15-20 working days lead time.
Edges are closed with matching PVC or aluminum edge banding, or hidden behind trims and shadow gaps. Our color range covers standard banding codes, so an edge can be finished in the same tone as the face.

Bamboo Charcoal Wood Veneer - Water Ripple

View Details

The wave is embossed into the decorative film, so it has real depth of roughly 0.3-0.5 mm without cutting into the core. That keeps the panel light and flat, and avoids the open grain that traps dust in carved timber.
That is where it works best. Light grazing the relief creates a moving band of highlight and shadow. We recommend a mock-up panel under the actual fixture before the wall is fixed, because fixture spacing changes the effect.
Relief direction is set at production and marked on every panel. Installers align the wave line across joints so the wall reads as one surface. For long runs, order the full quantity in one batch to keep the tone identical.
The relief is sealed with a smooth top coat, so dust does not settle into open grain. A soft damp cloth worked along the wave direction is enough, and abrasive pads or solvent cleaners should be avoided.

Bamboo Charcoal Wood Veneer - Mirror

View Details

The cured film measures about 92 gloss units. It resists normal scuffs from cleaning and trolley traffic, but like any high gloss surface it can be marked by grit or metal edges, so we recommend felt pads and soft cloths for cleaning.
Wipe the panel with a soft microfiber cloth and a neutral cleaner diluted in water, then dry it. Avoid abrasive pads, scouring powder and solvent cleaners, which dull the cured film and leave permanent streaks.
It is a wall and door finish, not a flooring product, and it is not recommended for shower enclosures or external facades. On floors or in direct water contact, gloss will scratch and lose its reflection quickly.
Panels are bonded with full spread construction adhesive over a flat substrate, so no fasteners show. For service areas, a concealed clip system on a batten grid can hold the panel and still allow removal later.

Bamboo Charcoal Wood Veneer - PET Pattern

View Details

PET is a tougher film with better color stability under light, so it resists scratching, wiping and fading for longer. PVC costs less and covers more stock colors, which suits volume housing where budget matters most.
Yes. The sealed PET surface stands up to routine cleaning and disinfection, and printed patterns hide scuffs better than a plain color. Where chemical splash or heavy abrasion is expected, check the cleaner with us first.
Send artwork, a photo or a physical sample. We print a strike-off on the actual core for your approval, then run production from 500 m2. Development takes about 7-10 working days before the standard lead time.
Yes. PET faced boards are used for wardrobe and cabinet doors, with edges closed by matching edge banding or aluminum profiles. Standard hinges and concealed fittings work with the 8 mm and 9 mm cores.

Bamboo Charcoal Wood Veneer - Metal Wire Drawing

View Details

No. The brushed effect is an embossed metal film over a bamboo charcoal core, so it looks like brushed stainless at a fraction of the weight. It is not conductive and cannot be welded, so specify it as a decorative wall board.
The anti-fingerprint top coat resists marking far better than bare brushed metal, and light marks wipe off with a dry microfiber cloth. Heavy handling with greasy hands can still leave prints, so we suggest cotton gloves on site.
Brushed surfaces reflect light along the lines, so two panels set at different angles read as different shades. Direction is marked on each board at production, and installers keep the arrows pointing the same way.
Yes. The core is moisture resistant and the film is sealed, so kitchen splash areas and lift interiors are normal applications. Edges should be closed with matching profiles, and panels should not sit in direct water contact.

Bamboo Charcoal Wood Veneer - Skin Feel

View Details

It describes a soft, dry matte finish of about 3-6 gloss units that feels like fine leather rather than plastic. Because it scatters light instead of reflecting it, walls under downlights show no glare band and no visible sheen.
Wipe with a damp cloth and a neutral cleaner, then dry with a soft cloth. Do not use scouring pads, wax or polish, because abrasives flatten the fine texture and leave shiny patches that catch the light.
Bedrooms, hotel guest rooms, wardrobes and studies, where low glare and a warm touch matter. It is fine in bathroom dry areas, but for shower enclosures and wet zones use tile or a dedicated wet area panel.
The texture hides light scuffs better than gloss or plain matte films, and small marks usually wipe off. Heavy trolley traffic can still leave a sheen on any matte surface, so we suggest wall protection in service corridors.

Bamboo Charcoal Wood Veneer - PVC Film

View Details

Choose PVC when cost per square meter and stock color availability lead the decision, such as volume housing and rental apartments. Choose PET when walls take heavy cleaning or direct light and must hold their color longer.
Film is ordered from the same production batch for a project, and the batch number is recorded on every pallet. For phased delivery, tell us the project name so later shipments can be matched to the original batch where stock allows.
Yes for normal interior use. The core is moisture resistant and the film is sealed, so kitchens and bathroom dry areas are fine. In rooms that stand empty without ventilation, leave a small gap at the edges and avoid direct water contact.
Use 5 mm for wall cladding and cabinet faces, 8 mm for feature walls, doors and general fit-out, and 9 mm where a stiffer panel or a heavier hinge is needed. All three share the same film range and lead time.

Flexible Stone Veneer

View Details

It is a mineral composite: about 70 percent natural stone powder bound with a modified polymer. The surface shows the graining of natural stone, but the sheet stays flexible and light, so it works where rigid stone cannot be installed.
Yes, when bonded with exterior-grade flexible stone adhesive and sealed with weather-resistant sealant at the joints. The A2 mineral core resists UV and frost, and projects in humid or coastal climates hold up over years of service.
Yes. The sheet bends to a radius above 20mm at room temperature, which covers most columns, arches and corners. For tighter radii, warm the sheet with a heat gun before bending it into place.
Standard colors ship in 15-20 working days after deposit. Custom color matching adds about 5 working days for sample approval. We ship from Shenzhen or Guangzhou.

Soft Porcelain Weave Stone Sheet

View Details

The base sheet is similar, but this product carries a molded woven texture rather than a stone grain. It suits interiors where a fabric look is wanted while keeping the fire and flexibility advantages of a mineral sheet.
It performs well in bathrooms, kitchens and other humid interiors when joints are sealed with waterproof sealant and edges are capped. Direct water immersion is not recommended; use a dedicated panel in shower enclosures.
A 20GP container normally loads about 3000 m2 of 1-3mm product, and a 40HQ roughly double that. Final quantity depends on sheet size and pallet layout, so we confirm the exact figure in the invoice.
Yes. Send a physical sample or a Pantone reference and our color lab will match the tone within a reasonable tolerance. Sample approval usually takes about 5 working days before bulk production starts.

PU Faux Stone Wall Panel

View Details

The molds are cast directly from natural ledgestone and split-face rock, so the relief, shading and edge breaks follow real stone. From normal viewing distance most buyers cannot tell the difference, and color is stable across batches.
Yes. The panels are UV stabilized and tolerate rain, frost and temperature swings when fixed with exterior-grade adhesive or clips and sealed at joints. In strong sun, mid and darker tones show less fading.
The material reaches Class B1 flame spread rating, which satisfies most commercial interior requirements. If your project specifies Class A or a non-combustible assembly, confirm with our sales team before ordering.
MOQ is 300 m2 per color for standard profiles, with 15-20 working days after deposit. Custom molds for a new stone profile require additional tooling time and a higher minimum order quantity.

Stone Crystal Wall Panel

View Details

It combines a rigid composite core with a decorative crystal surface layer that carries the marble pattern. The board is not natural stone, but the surface reproduces veining and gloss closely and stays consistent between batches.
Yes. The surface layer is non-porous and does not absorb water, so the panel performs well in bathrooms, kitchens and humid interiors. Sealing joints with silicone keeps moisture out of the wall cavity behind.
The panel is designed for wall cladding, cabinet fronts and similar vertical surfaces. Floor use is not recommended because the crystal face can chip under point loads from furniture and foot traffic.
MOQ is 300 m2 per color, or a full container mix for mixed orders. Production takes 15-20 working days after deposit, and we ship from Shenzhen or Guangzhou by sea in FCL or LCL.

PS Wall Panel Eco Grade

View Details

The eco grade board meets E0 emission limits and is widely used in homes, offices and clinics. Freshly installed rooms should still be ventilated for a few days, as with any panel product, before occupation.
Yes, provided the tile surface is sound, clean and reasonably flat. Sand glossy tiles lightly and use a suitable adhesive so panels bond firmly, and fill deep grout lines first to avoid shadow lines.
The UV-cured coating slows fading considerably compared with uncoated printed film. In normal interior conditions colors stay stable for years; long term direct sunlight near windows may still shift tone.
MOQ is 500 m2 per design for standard patterns, with 15-20 working days after deposit. Custom printed designs require artwork approval and a higher minimum quantity per pattern.

PS Wall Panel 3D Shapes

View Details

Standard molds cover wave, brick, diamond, slat, fluted and hexagon patterns, and we can quote new profiles against your drawing. Send the design intent and coverage area, and we confirm the closest mold.
Yes. The molded face accepts water-based wall paint without special primer. Apply two thin coats rather than one heavy coat, so the relief edges stay crisp and the panel does not soften under moisture.
Yes, the panels are light enough for ceiling use when bonded with panel adhesive, and no extra framing is needed. For large ceilings we advise additional adhesive coverage and perimeter support.
MOQ is 500 m2 per profile, and mixed profile orders can be consolidated into one container. Lead time is 15-20 working days after deposit, shipping from Shenzhen or Guangzhou port.

3D Wall Panel Various Shapes

View Details

Small shapes such as hexagon and diamond suit feature walls viewed up close, while large wave and brick profiles work better on big surfaces. Send us the wall dimensions and we will suggest shape and size.
No primer is required for most water-based wall paints. Clean the panel face, then apply two thin coats with a roller or spray, allowing the first coat to dry fully so relief edges stay sharp.
Yes, the panels are light enough for ceiling work when bonded with panel adhesive. On larger ceilings we suggest additional adhesive coverage and perimeter support to keep panels fixed long term.
MOQ is 300 m2 per shape, and shapes can be mixed in one container. Production takes 15-20 working days after deposit, with shipment from Shenzhen or Guangzhou port.

Durable 3D Wall Panel

View Details

The shape range is similar, but the core is reinforced and the surface layer is hardened to resist impact and scuffing. It suits corridors, transport hubs and public buildings where ordinary panels wear quickly.
Yes. The surface tolerates routine cleaning agents, alcohol-based wipes and common disinfectants used in clinics and schools. Avoid strong solvents and abrasive pads, which dull the finish over time.
The panel is designed for interior walls and high-traffic indoor areas. For exterior facades we recommend a dedicated exterior cladding product such as flexible stone veneer or PU stone panel from our range.
MOQ is 300 m2 per shape for standard colors, and lead time is 15-20 working days after deposit. Projects needing several shapes are consolidated into one container and shipped from Shenzhen or Guangzhou.

PVC Marble Sheet - Gilded

View Details

The gilded series uses a hot-stamping transfer that produces metallic gold veining with visible depth, while standard printing reproduces a flat photographic image. Both use the same UV-cured top coat.
Yes. The PVC core does not absorb water and the UV coating wipes clean, so the sheet suits bathroom walls, kitchen backsplashes and shower surrounds. Seal cut edges and joints with neutral silicone to keep moisture out.
MOQ is 300 m2 per color and pattern. Standard production runs 15 to 25 working days after the deposit is received, and we ship from Shenzhen or Guangzhou by sea, rail or air.
We can supply color-matched sealant, corner trims and edge profiles, and we send free A4 samples of the stock range for approval before mass production starts.

PVC Marble Sheet - Heat Transfer Printing

View Details

Heat transfer bonds the decor into the surface under heat and pressure, so there is no glue line to lift at the edges. Laminated sheets carry a separate film that can peel in damp or hot conditions.
We hold oak, walnut, teak, travertine, cement and white marble decors in stock. Custom wood and stone designs can be matched from your sample or artwork, usually with a 300 m2 minimum per decor.
Yes. At 2 mm to 2.5 mm the sheet is light enough for ceiling and soffit use. Fix ceiling panels with adhesive plus mechanical support at the perimeter, and allow a small expansion gap at every edge.
We work on 30% deposit with the balance against copy of the bill of lading, FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou. Lead time is 15 to 25 working days, and we handle booking, loading and export documents.

PVC Marble Sheet - 3D Printed Relief

View Details

The relief series carries real height in the surface, so side lighting casts shadows and the wall reads as stone. Standard UV panels are flat and differ only in print and gloss level. Relief suits feature walls; flat panels suit large runs.
The UV coat seals the peaks and the grooves, so the pattern does not trap dust and the surface wipes clean with a damp cloth and neutral cleaner. Avoid wire wool and strong acid or alkaline cleaners, which dull the coat.
Send us your artwork or a physical sample and we normally return a sample within 5 to 7 working days. Custom relief carries a 300 m2 minimum, and mass production runs 15 to 25 working days after approval.
Confirm the substrate is flat, dry and dust-free, and dry-lay the panels to lock the vein direction. Use a fine-tooth blade and tape the face at cut lines. Seal joints with neutral sealant and do not move panels until the adhesive sets.

PVC Marble Sheet - Rock Texture

View Details

It is made for sheltered exterior use such as entrance walls, canopies, balconies and service areas. Keep panels out of direct rain and driving water; for fully exposed facades we recommend a ventilated rainscreen detail over battens.
Texture depth is controlled by the embossing roller and color is matched batch by batch, so repeat orders sit close to the first delivery. Order all phases of a project on one batch number where the walls meet.
Dust and marks wipe off with a damp cloth or a soft brush and neutral cleaner. Avoid wire wool, abrasive pads, solvent cleaners and pressure washing above 50 bar, all of which can flatten or dull the embossed profile.
MOQ is 300 m2 per color. Production takes 15 to 25 working days after deposit, and we ship from Shenzhen or Guangzhou by sea, rail or air. Mixed-color containers and OEM packaging are both available.

PVC Marble Sheet - Wear Resistant

View Details

The wear-resistant series carries a thicker UV-cured coat tested for abrasion and repeated cleaning, so it holds gloss and pattern in corridors and lobbies. Standard sheets suit lighter-traffic feature walls and residential fit-outs.
Yes. Alcohol-based and hospital-grade disinfectants can be used, which suits clinics, care homes and laboratory corridors. Avoid abrasive pads and solvent strippers, and clean daily with a damp cloth and neutral detergent.
No. UV-WR is a wall and ceiling panel and is not made for foot traffic. For floors, use our SPC rigid core click flooring, which is built for walking loads and carries a 0.3 mm or 0.5 mm wear layer.
MOQ is 300 m2 per color. Production takes 15 to 25 working days after deposit, and we ship from Shenzhen or Guangzhou. Free A4 samples and abrasion test reports are available on request.

SPC Rigid Core Click Flooring

View Details

Yes. The rigid core is waterproof and the click joint is tight, so SPC handles kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms and clinic washrooms. Wipe up standing water at the edges, and seal the perimeter with silicone where splash is constant.
The wear layer is the transparent film above the decor and sets abrasion life. 0.3 mm covers homes and light offices, while 0.5 mm is specified for hotels, schools and retail where footfall and trolley traffic are heavy.
Yes, when the tiles are sound, flat and dry. Fill grout lines or deep joints with levelling compound first, keep the floor flat to within 3 mm over 2 m, and leave an 8 to 10 mm expansion gap at the walls.
MOQ is one 20ft container, about 2,000 to 2,600 m2 depending on thickness and format. Planks ship in cartons on pallets, and several colors can be mixed in one container with a minimum quantity per color.

Aluminum Grille and Baffle Ceiling

View Details

Grille panels sit in a frame and read as a continuous screen, often used on walls, fascias and small ceilings. Baffle ceilings hang individual blades in rows, which reads more open and gives easier access to services above.
100 x 20 mm suits tight spaces and fine screens, 150 x 20 mm is the common ceiling choice, and 200 x 20 mm gives a heavier rhythm for halls, airports and stations. Spacing is set by the carrier clip positions.
Yes. Powder-coated aluminum does not rust, so the system suits facade louvres, canopies and open car parks. For coastal sites specify a marine-grade powder and stainless fixings, and have wind loading checked by your engineer.
MOQ is 300 m2 per color. Production runs 15 to 25 working days after the drawing is approved, and we ship from Shenzhen or Guangzhou. Custom blade sizes, colors and carrier layouts are available.

Anti-Collision Wall Protection Panel

View Details

8 mm suits corridors with trolleys and beds, 10 mm is the common choice for hospital and school circulation areas, and 12 mm is specified for car parks, ramps and loading bays where vehicles make contact.
Panels bond to sound plaster, concrete or blockwork with construction adhesive. Where the wall is uneven, or the panel is 12 mm, add mechanical fixings at edges and joints so the sheet stays tight to the wall.
Butt joints are sealed with color-matched silicone, and we supply PVC corner profiles, end caps and skirting trims, so external corners and wall bases are protected as part of the same system.
Yes. Class B1 is standard, and we produce a Class A option for escape routes, tunnels, metro and car park walls. Test reports travel with the shipment, so confirm the requirement when you request a quotation.

Outdoor Co-Extruded Wall Panel

View Details

Yes. The cap carries UV stabilisers and colour pigment in the surface layer, so it resists fading and chalking under strong sun. For coastal sites, specify 304 or 316 stainless clips and anchors, and keep the ventilated cavity clear.
Painted and laminated boards rely on a coating that sits on the surface and can flake at cut edges. On co-extruded board the cap forms with the profile, so the colour sits through the outer layer and holds on edges, corners and cut ends.
MOQ is 500 m2 per colour, and mixed colours can be combined in one container. Production takes 15-25 working days after deposit and colour approval, and we load from Shenzhen or Guangzhou.
Yes. Panels, aluminium trims, corners, end caps and stainless clips are quoted as one system. Trims are film-laminated in the same colour batch as the panels, so accessories arrive matched rather than sourced separately.

Outdoor WPC Louver Panel

View Details

Yes. Blade pitch is set on site, so a screen can be open for airflow and sightlines or closed for privacy. For full privacy use a 60-80 mm pitch with a slight overlap, and add a rear mesh if you need to stop vision completely.
The steeper the sun angle on your facade, the wider the pitch you can use. Most projects start at 100 mm pitch for west and south elevations and test a sample panel first, because pitch controls both shading and daylight.
The blade is a hollow 50 mm profile, so it needs support. Keep rail spacing at 600-900 mm, and for wide openings add an intermediate rail. Installed to that spacing, blades stay straight through summer heat and winter cold.
Yes. Louver blades and our co-extruded wall panels share a colour card, and matching orders are laminated and extruded from the same batch, so a shaded facade and its cladding read as one finish.

Aluminum Matching Trim

View Details

Wood grain film is printed in runs, and each run has its own shade and gloss. Two suppliers using the same colour name may be using different runs, so corners and edges read slightly darker or lighter than the field. Same batch means same film roll.
Most projects need a starter or base trim, an edge trim on the finished ends, internal and external corners, and end caps for the top. Send us your panel thickness and joint detail and we will list the exact profiles and quantities.
Yes. The body is 6063-T5 aluminium with a 0.8-1.2 mm wall, which resists impact and does not rust. The laminated film is UV-stabilised; on exterior work we recommend sealing cut ends with a matching touch-up pen.
MOQ is 500 m per profile per colour, and profiles can be combined in one order to reach a full container. Lead time is 15-25 working days after deposit and colour confirmation, loading from Shenzhen or Guangzhou.

Aluminum Skirting and Corner

Skirting sits directly under the panel and both catch the same light, so a small shade difference becomes a visible band at floor level along the whole corridor. We laminate skirting and panels from the same film roll so the wall reads as one colour.
60 mm suits apartments, guest rooms and light commercial interiors where a slimmer line is wanted. 80 mm suits hotel corridors, offices and public areas where the skirting takes more impact and a stronger base line is preferred.
Internal and external corners cover panel build-ups from 12 to 25 mm, which covers most wall panel and drywall combinations. Give us the panel thickness and corner radius and we will confirm the correct profile.
MOQ is 500 m per profile per colour, and different profiles and colours can be combined in one order. Lead time is 15-25 working days after deposit and colour approval, loading from Shenzhen or Guangzhou.
