Overview

CSW15015 is built on a semi-circle profile: each 150mm slat is a shallow convex arc, so the wall surface shifts between light and shadow as a viewer moves past it. The board measures 2900x150x15mm, a lighter section than our fluted panels, which suits walls, ceilings and column cladding where weight matters.

For interior fit-out firms this is a decorative option that still behaves like a composite product. It installs dry, cuts with standard woodworking tools, and resists moisture and everyday staining. Specifiers use it on hotel feature walls, restaurant partitions and retail ceilings where a rounded motif needs to repeat accurately across a large area.

Installation

Mark the panel layout on the wall and confirm the arc direction before fixing.

Fix battens or clips at 400mm centers, keeping the run square to the floor line.

Seat each board into the previous one and check the arc line stays continuous.

Cut the final board to width, fit trims and remove protective film after site cleaning.

Packing & Loading

WPC Semi-Circle Wall Panel CSW15015 — Product FAQ

Yes. The 15mm section is light enough for ceiling grids and bulkheads, and the semi-circle face reads well from below. Ceiling installations use the same clips with short battens at 400mm centers.

For square and rectangular columns, yes, using internal and external trims at each corner. For round or curved columns, choose our CSW170 bendable panel, which is designed to follow a radius without cracking.

Dust settles in the arc lines over time, so wipe along the slat direction with a soft damp cloth and a neutral cleaner. Avoid abrasive pads and solvent cleaners that dull the matte wood-grain finish.

Six standard colors cover walnut, teak, oak, champagne, white and charcoal, all in matte wood grain. Custom color matching is possible from 1500 m2 per color, subject to a color sample approved by you.
