Overview

CSW16024B keeps the 2900x160x24mm footprint of our standard fluted panel but changes the profile: a wider slat face with a narrower shadow groove, which produces a calmer, more linear wall surface. Because the board module is identical, it installs with the same clips and trims and can be combined with CSW16024 on the same elevation.

That interchangeability is the practical benefit. Designers can split a large wall into two rhythms, or run variant B in lobbies and standard fluting in lift areas, using one fixing system and one color recipe. Distributors carry two SKUs instead of two systems, which keeps stock planning and installer training simple.

Installation

Confirm the substrate is flat to 3mm over 2m and dry before fixing battens.

Install clips at 400mm centers, keeping the first row level along the run.

Engage the tongue into the groove and press each board home by hand before tapping.

Finish with matching trims at corners, then clean the fluted face with a soft brush.

The board size is identical at 2900x160x24mm. Variant B has a wider slat face and a narrower shadow groove, so the wall reads flatter and more linear. Both use the same clips and trims.

Yes. Most projects order both profiles in the same color to build two wall rhythms. We calculate quantities per profile and ship them in separately labeled cartons, so site sorting stays simple.

MOQ is 500 m2 in total, which can be split across the two profiles in the same color. Production takes 15 to 20 working days after deposit, with sample boards available before you commit.

We supply end caps, internal and external corner trims and stainless clips matched to every color. Trims are packed with the panels, so contractors receive a complete fixing kit with the shipment.
