Overview

CSW16024 is our standard 160mm fluted wall panel: a wood-plastic composite board measuring 2900x160x24mm that combines a deep, evenly spaced slat profile with the stability of a composite core. The fluted face creates real shadow lines, so a wall reads as timber slats without the sanding, sealing and moisture risk of solid wood. Panels are co-extruded and color-matched batch to batch.

The commercial value sits in speed and consistency. Boards install over battens or directly onto flat substrates with clips and screws, no wet trades and no cutting dust. The surface resists humidity, common cleaners and daily scuffs, so hotels, offices and retail interiors keep their finish with routine wiping.

Installation

Check wall flatness within 3mm/2m and snap a level line for the first board.

Fix clips or battens at 400mm centers, leaving 10mm expansion gaps at ends and corners.

Click boards together along the tongue and groove, tapping lightly with a rubber mallet.

Trim the last board to width, fit end trims and wipe the surface with a dry cloth.

Packing & Loading

8 boards per carton, 2905x180x270mm, roughly 23kg per carton.
Fitted with corner protectors, moisture barrier film and a printed color label.
About 1800 m2 per 20ft container and 3800 m2 per 40HQ.

WPC Fluted Wall Panel CSW16024 — Product FAQ

It is a wood-plastic composite board built on a PVC resin and wood fiber core, co-extruded with a wood-grain surface layer. There is no formaldehyde-added glue line, and the composite core keeps boards stable in humid interiors.

Yes. Water absorption is below 0.8%, so the panels tolerate humid rooms and covered balconies or walkways. For permanent outdoor exposure we still recommend the CSW170 series, which carries a UV-stabilized surface layer.

MOQ is 500 m2 per color. Production runs 15 to 20 working days after deposit and artwork confirmation. For repeat orders we keep your color recipe on file and quote a shorter schedule.

Panels are tested to GB 8624 and reach Class B1. Where a project specifies a higher class, tell us the standard and we will supply the matching formulation with the test report attached to the shipping documents.
