Overview

CSW19512 is a wide-format flat panel: 3000x195x12mm with fine surface grooves instead of a deep slat profile. The wider board covers more area per fixing, and the shallow lines keep large surfaces quiet, which is why it performs well in long hotel corridors, airport-style circulation areas and ceiling runs.

Fewer boards means fewer joints to align, so a long wall finishes faster and with less risk of visible stepping. The 12mm composite section is light, moisture resistant and pre-finished, and the fine groove face hides minor substrate irregularities better than a plain flat panel would.

Installation

Fix battens at 400mm centers and confirm the substrate is dry and level.

Start from a corner or center line so end boards finish at equal widths.

Clip and screw each board, keeping the fine grooves running in one direction.

Fit corner trims and end caps, then wipe the flat face with a dry cloth.

Packing & Loading

10 boards per carton, 3005x205x145mm, roughly 19kg per carton.
Cartons are wrapped with moisture film and edge protection for sea freight.
About 2400 m2 per 20ft container and 4800 m2 per 40HQ.

Mainly long wall runs and ceilings: hotel and office corridors, station walkways, bulkheads and large retail interiors. The wide board and fine groove line suit surfaces viewed from a distance or at an angle.

The grooves are shallow, so dust buildup is minimal. Routine wiping with a dry or slightly damp cloth along the groove direction is enough; no sealing or refinishing is required over the panel life.

Yes. Boards can run vertically on walls or horizontally on ceilings and bulkheads. Keep the groove direction consistent in each area and allow 10mm expansion gaps at perimeters and butt joints.

Boards ship 10 per carton at about 19kg, protected by moisture film and edge guards. A 20ft container carries roughly 2400 m2 and a 40HQ about 4800 m2, which keeps freight cost per square meter low.
