Overview

CSW170 is our bendable panel: a 12mm thin-section WPC board measuring 2900x170x12mm, flexible enough to be curved by hand for generous radii or formed over a template for tighter arcs. It is the product we quote when a drawing shows round columns, curved reception walls, archways or radiused bulkheads.

The commercial case is straightforward. One flexible panel replaces multiple cut segments and joins, so curved surfaces finish without visible stepping, and installers avoid the wet trades and formwork that curved plasterboard or veneer would need. The composite face is moisture resistant, wipes clean and keeps its color across phased deliveries.

Installation

Build a curved frame or former to the required radius and check it by template.

Warm the panel gently if the radius is tight, then pre-bend it to shape.

Apply construction adhesive and screw the panel to the frame at 200mm centers.

Seal the joints with matching trim and wipe excess adhesive before it cures.

Packing & Loading

10 boards per carton, 2905x185x145mm, roughly 16kg per carton.
Boards are stacked flat in the carton with foam sheets between panels.
About 2600 m2 per 20ft container and 5200 m2 per 40HQ.

Loading & documents

We photograph every container during loading and send the packing list before the vessel sails.

WPC Curved Wall Panel CSW170 — Product FAQ

In a normal workshop temperature it curves comfortably to a radius near 300mm, and tighter arcs are possible if the panel is warmed and pre-bent over a former. Send us the drawing and we will confirm feasibility and a recommended method.

For covered outdoor use, yes, including arcades, canopies and shopfront soffits. The surface carries UV stabilizers, but for full sun and driving rain we recommend confirming the exposure with us before ordering.

Wrap the column with a curved plywood or metal frame first, then bond the panel with construction adhesive and screw it at 200mm centers. Joints land on matching trims, so a full wrap shows no exposed fixings.

MOQ is 500 m2, and smaller trial quantities are possible for approved sample projects. Production takes 15 to 20 working days, and we supply a short curved sample on request so you can test the radius first.
