Overview

UV-WR is the commercial-grade version of the PVC marble sheet. The decor layer is sealed under a thicker UV-cured coat that is tested for abrasion and repeated cleaning, so panels keep their pattern and gloss in corridors, lift lobbies, clinics and classrooms where lighter decorative panels soon look tired.

Panels are 1220 x 2440 mm, 2800 mm or 2900 mm long and 2 mm, 2.5 mm or 3 mm thick. The closed surface resists water, alcohol, disinfectant and everyday stains, and it can be cleaned in place, which keeps maintenance costs predictable across the life of a fit-out.

Installation

Check the wall is flat, dry and dust-free, and level any hollow or uneven area with filler before work starts.

Cut panels with a utility knife or fine-tooth saw, and leave a 2 mm expansion gap at corners and openings.

Spread adhesive in beads on the back and press the panel home, working from the centre outwards.

Seal joints with matching sealant, then clean the face and check for hollow spots, lipping or color variation.

Packing & Loading

Panels are interleaved with pearl cotton, stacked face to face and strapped into five-ply export cartons.
Pallets carry corner boards and stretch film, with plywood under the load to prevent bowing in transit.
Cartons list model, size, quantity, batch number and gross weight; OEM cartons and labels are available.

Loading & documents

We photograph every container during loading and send the packing list before the vessel sails.

No. UV-WR is a wall and ceiling panel and is not made for foot traffic. For floors, use our SPC rigid core click flooring, which is built for walking loads and carries a 0.3 mm or 0.5 mm wear layer.

MOQ is 300 m2 per color. Production takes 15 to 25 working days after deposit, and we ship from Shenzhen or Guangzhou. Free A4 samples and abrasion test reports are available on request.
