Overview

UV-RK reproduces rough stone surfaces by pressing the profile into the sheet under heat, then sealing it with a UV-cured coat. Because the texture is formed in the sheet itself rather than sprayed on, the profile stays sharp across the whole panel and does not flatten towards the edges.

Panels are supplied in 1220 x 2440 mm, 2800 mm and 2900 mm lengths and 2 mm, 2.5 mm and 3 mm thickness. The surface is water-resistant and wipe-clean, so it suits sheltered exterior walls, stairwells, basement corridors and car park walls as well as interior feature walls and columns.

Product Features

Embossed Rock Profile

Sandstone, slate and split-face profiles are pressed into the sheet, giving a wall the depth of masonry at a fraction of the load.

Hides Scuffs and Marks

A rough face breaks up the light, so trolley scuffs and light impact marks are far less visible than on a gloss panel.

Water-Resistant Core

The PVC core does not absorb water or support mould, which suits sheltered outdoor walls, basements and service corridors.

Standard Tooling Cuts

Panels cut and drill with ordinary woodworking tools, so openings, columns and corners are formed on site without specialist crews.

Installation

Confirm the substrate is flat, dry and sound, and that any damp wall has been treated before panels are fixed.

Set out the wall from a centre line so cut panels fall at both ends and the texture pattern stays balanced.

Cut with a fine-tooth blade or angle grinder, then dust off the panel and dry-fit it before applying adhesive.

Bond with exterior-grade adhesive, press the panel home and seal joints and corners with matching sealant.

Packing & Loading

Textured faces are interleaved with foam, stacked in five-ply cartons and strapped with corner protection.
Pallets are wrapped and covered, and panels load texture-face up with plywood between every second layer.
Cartons show model, size, quantity and batch number; OEM cartons, labels and shipping marks are available.

Loading & documents

We photograph every container during loading and send the packing list before the vessel sails.

PVC Marble Sheet - Rock Texture — Product FAQ

It is made for sheltered exterior use such as entrance walls, canopies, balconies and service areas. Keep panels out of direct rain and driving water; for fully exposed facades we recommend a ventilated rainscreen detail over battens.

Texture depth is controlled by the embossing roller and color is matched batch by batch, so repeat orders sit close to the first delivery. Order all phases of a project on one batch number where the walls meet.

Dust and marks wipe off with a damp cloth or a soft brush and neutral cleaner. Avoid wire wool, abrasive pads, solvent cleaners and pressure washing above 50 bar, all of which can flatten or dull the embossed profile.

MOQ is 300 m2 per color. Production takes 15 to 25 working days after deposit, and we ship from Shenzhen or Guangzhou by sea, rail or air. Mixed-color containers and OEM packaging are both available.
