Overview

UV-HT applies decor by heat transfer: a printed film is pressed into the sheet under heat and pressure, and the wood or stone pattern bonds into the surface layer instead of sitting on it as a laminate. Edges therefore keep their pattern after cutting, and panels do not show the white core line that laminated boards develop at trims and corners.

The range covers walnut, oak, teak, travertine, cement and marble decors from one production line, in 1220 x 2440 mm, 2800 mm and 2900 mm lengths and 2 mm to 3 mm thickness. Sheets bond to flat substrates with construction adhesive, take standard trims, and are packed for sea freight from Shenzhen or Guangzhou.

Installation

Confirm the wall is flat, dry and clean, then set out the first panel line with a laser level or plumb line.

Cut the sheet with a utility knife or fine-tooth blade, working from the decor face to protect the print.

Apply adhesive beads on the back, set the panel on the line and press evenly across the whole face.

Wipe off surplus adhesive before it cures, seal the joints and peel off the protective film.

Packing & Loading

Sheets are interleaved with foam, stacked face to face in five-ply cartons and strapped for container loading.
Pallets carry corner boards and stretch film, with plywood sheets under the load to stop panels bowing.
Cartons show model, size, quantity and batch number; OEM packaging and labels are available on request.

Loading & documents

We photograph every container during loading and send the packing list before the vessel sails.

Heat transfer bonds the decor into the surface under heat and pressure, so there is no glue line to lift at the edges. Laminated sheets carry a separate film that can peel in damp or hot conditions.

We hold oak, walnut, teak, travertine, cement and white marble decors in stock. Custom wood and stone designs can be matched from your sample or artwork, usually with a 300 m2 minimum per decor.

Yes. At 2 mm to 2.5 mm the sheet is light enough for ceiling and soffit use. Fix ceiling panels with adhesive plus mechanical support at the perimeter, and allow a small expansion gap at every edge.

We work on 30% deposit with the balance against copy of the bill of lading, FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou. Lead time is 15 to 25 working days, and we handle booking, loading and export documents.
