Overview

UV-3D combines 3D printing with embossing on a rigid PVC core, so the marble pattern stands proud of the surface instead of lying flat on it. Veins carry real height, and side lighting casts soft shadows across the wall, which reads as honed or antique stone rather than a printed image.

The sheet comes in 1220 x 2440 mm, 2800 mm and 2900 mm lengths at 2.5 mm and 3 mm, and the UV-cured coat seals both the peaks and the grooves of the relief. Relief depth, vein direction and color can be developed from your artwork, with a sample approved before mass production.

Installation

Check the wall is flat, dry and cured, then mark setting-out lines that follow the panel relief direction.

Lay the panels out dry to confirm the vein sequence before cutting, so the pattern flows across the wall.

Cut with a fine-tooth saw, taping the decor face first to protect the raised veins at the cut line.

Apply adhesive in dots and beads, press the panel home and seal joints with color-matched sealant.

Packing & Loading

Relief faces are separated by foam and pearl cotton, then stacked in five-ply cartons with edge protection.
Pallets carry corner boards, stretch film and a top cover, and panels travel relief-face up in the container.
Cartons show model, size, quantity, batch number and relief direction; OEM labels are available on request.

Loading & documents

We photograph every container during loading and send the packing list before the vessel sails.

PVC Marble Sheet - 3D Printed Relief — Product FAQ

The relief series carries real height in the surface, so side lighting casts shadows and the wall reads as stone. Standard UV panels are flat and differ only in print and gloss level. Relief suits feature walls; flat panels suit large runs.

The UV coat seals the peaks and the grooves, so the pattern does not trap dust and the surface wipes clean with a damp cloth and neutral cleaner. Avoid wire wool and strong acid or alkaline cleaners, which dull the coat.

Send us your artwork or a physical sample and we normally return a sample within 5 to 7 working days. Custom relief carries a 300 m2 minimum, and mass production runs 15 to 25 working days after approval.

Confirm the substrate is flat, dry and dust-free, and dry-lay the panels to lock the vein direction. Use a fine-tooth blade and tape the face at cut lines. Seal joints with neutral sealant and do not move panels until the adhesive sets.
