Overview

BCW-PET is a bamboo charcoal wall board faced with a PET (polyester) decorative film. PET holds printed detail sharply, keeps its color under light, and takes wiping and light abrasion better than an economical PVC film, which makes it the practical choice where interiors are cleaned often. Sheets are 1220 x 2800 mm in 8 mm, with 5 and 9 mm cores also available.

The range covers stone and marble veins, textile weaves, wood grains and abstract graphics, so one board can carry a scheme through reception, corridors and meeting rooms. Patterns come from your artwork or from stock; custom print runs start at 500 m2. Panels bond with construction adhesive over plaster or cement board and cut with woodworking tools.

Installation

Check the substrate is flat and dry, and confirm the pattern direction against the approved shop drawing.

Cut with a fine-tooth blade from the face side taped to prevent chipping, and keep the film until fixing.

Bond with construction adhesive at 300 mm bead centres, pressing the panel so the adhesive spreads evenly.

Seal joints with matching trims, peel the film, then clean the surface with a damp cloth and neutral cleaner.

Packing & Loading

Printed faces are protected by the factory film and separated by foam, then stacked on plywood pallets.
Each pallet is labeled with model, pattern code, color, quantity and batch number for site matching.
A 20 ft container holds about 320 m2 of 8 mm PET board in 2800 mm length, depending on pallet height.

Loading & documents

We photograph every container during loading and send the packing list before the vessel sails.

Yes. PET faced boards are used for wardrobe and cabinet doors, with edges closed by matching edge banding or aluminum profiles. Standard hinges and concealed fittings work with the 8 mm and 9 mm cores.
