Overview

BCW-MW is a bamboo charcoal board finished with a wire-drawn metal film: fine parallel brush lines in silver, titanium black, gold and bronze, sealed under an anti-fingerprint top coat. It gives the look of brushed stainless or anodized aluminum without the weight of metal sheet. Sheets measure 1220 x 2800 mm in 8 mm, with 5 mm and 9 mm cores available.

The finish goes into lift car and lobby interiors, kitchen surround panels, office reception walls and hotel bar fronts. Because brushed metal reflects light directionally, panels must be laid with the brush lines running the same way, and that direction is marked on every board. Adhesive fixing over a flat substrate keeps the face free of dents.

Installation

Confirm the brush direction on the drawing, then mark the same direction on the wall before fixing.

Cut with a fine-tooth blade and keep the protective film on; wipe metal dust off before fixing.

Bond with construction adhesive at 300 mm bead centres over a flat substrate, or clip to battens.

Press each panel home, keep brush lines aligned across joints, fit trims and peel the film off.

Packing & Loading

Panels are separated by foam and stacked face to face, with the brushed face protected by the factory film.
Each pallet is labeled with model, color, brush direction, quantity and batch number for site matching.
A 20 ft container holds about 320 m2 of 8 mm board in 2800 mm length, depending on pallet height.

Loading & documents

We photograph every container during loading and send the packing list before the vessel sails.

Bamboo Charcoal Wood Veneer - Metal Wire Drawing — Product FAQ

No. The brushed effect is an embossed metal film over a bamboo charcoal core, so it looks like brushed stainless at a fraction of the weight. It is not conductive and cannot be welded, so specify it as a decorative wall board.

The anti-fingerprint top coat resists marking far better than bare brushed metal, and light marks wipe off with a dry microfiber cloth. Heavy handling with greasy hands can still leave prints, so we suggest cotton gloves on site.

Brushed surfaces reflect light along the lines, so two panels set at different angles read as different shades. Direction is marked on each board at production, and installers keep the arrows pointing the same way.

Yes. The core is moisture resistant and the film is sealed, so kitchen splash areas and lift interiors are normal applications. Edges should be closed with matching profiles, and panels should not sit in direct water contact.
