Overview

ALG-100 is a modular aluminum grille system supplied as fixed louver panels and as suspended baffle ceilings. Blades are roll-formed from 3003 or 6063 alloy at 0.8 mm to 2.0 mm wall thickness and then powder coated, so the finish holds color outdoors and in humid service areas without rusting.

Blade sizes 100 x 20 mm, 150 x 20 mm and 200 x 20 mm set how open the ceiling reads and how well it screens ducts, pipework and cable trays above. Panels clip into carriers or fix to a steel sub-frame, and the system is non-combustible to Class A2, which suits escape routes, car parks and transport buildings.

Non-Combustible Class A2

Aluminum blades carry a Class A2 fire rating, which allows the ceiling to be used over escape routes and in car parks and stations.

Any RAL Powder Color

Polyester powder coating is matched to your RAL number, with a 60 to 80 micron film that resists UV fade and salt air.

Open, Serviceable Ceiling

Wide blade spacing keeps air moving and gives maintenance access to valves, detectors and light fittings above the ceiling.

Modular Sizes and Cuts

Carriers accept blades cut on site, so corners, columns and irregular perimeters close neatly without special parts.

Installation

Check the ceiling height and grid layout, then mark the finished ceiling line and the light positions.

Fix hangers and carriers at the designed spacing, no more than 1200 mm apart, and level the carriers.

Clip panels or baffles into the carriers row by row, cutting the edge units to the measured site size.

Level the ceiling, fix edge trims and corners, then clean the blades and check color and alignment.

Packing & Loading

Blades are bundled by length and profile with foam between them, then boxed and strapped to prevent bending.
Carriers, hangers and clips ship in cartons marked by model, so site teams can issue parts by zone.
Pallets carry corner boards and stretch film, long blades load flat, and marks follow your drawings.

Loading & documents

We photograph every container during loading and send the packing list before the vessel sails.

Aluminum Grille and Baffle Ceiling — Product FAQ

Grille panels sit in a frame and read as a continuous screen, often used on walls, fascias and small ceilings. Baffle ceilings hang individual blades in rows, which reads more open and gives easier access to services above.

100 x 20 mm suits tight spaces and fine screens, 150 x 20 mm is the common ceiling choice, and 200 x 20 mm gives a heavier rhythm for halls, airports and stations. Spacing is set by the carrier clip positions.

Yes. Powder-coated aluminum does not rust, so the system suits facade louvres, canopies and open car parks. For coastal sites specify a marine-grade powder and stainless fixings, and have wind loading checked by your engineer.

MOQ is 300 m2 per color. Production runs 15 to 25 working days after the drawing is approved, and we ship from Shenzhen or Guangzhou. Custom blade sizes, colors and carrier layouts are available.
