Installation

Lay out the shape pattern on paper first and count the panels needed for the wall, allowing for edge cuts.

Draw level guide lines on the cleaned wall, then dry-fit a row to confirm the pattern alignment.

Cut panels to size with a utility knife or saw, and apply adhesive to the back in an even bead pattern.

Press panels into place along the guide lines, keep edges tight, and wipe off excess adhesive at once.

Packing & Loading

Panels are packed in cartons with foam layers between them and reinforced corners to protect the relief.
A 20GP container loads about 4000 m2 of 300x300mm panels and less for larger sizes, planned per order.
Each carton lists model, shape code, core type, batch and quantity, with custom labels for OEM buyers.

Loading & documents

We photograph every container during loading and send the packing list before the vessel sails.

Small shapes such as hexagon and diamond suit feature walls viewed up close, while large wave and brick profiles work better on big surfaces. Send us the wall dimensions and we will suggest shape and size.

No primer is required for most water-based wall paints. Clean the panel face, then apply two thin coats with a roller or spray, allowing the first coat to dry fully so relief edges stay sharp.

Yes, the panels are light enough for ceiling work when bonded with panel adhesive. On larger ceilings we suggest additional adhesive coverage and perimeter support to keep panels fixed long term.

MOQ is 300 m2 per shape, and shapes can be mixed in one container. Production takes 15-20 working days after deposit, with shipment from Shenzhen or Guangzhou port.
