The product images, specifications, colour ranges, packing data, container loads, lead times and price ranges on this site are general information to help you judge whether a product suits your project.
They are not an offer and not a warranty of quality. Actual supply is governed by the signed PI or contract, the approved sample, and the test reports shipped with the goods. Product photos vary between monitors — please request a physical sample before placing a bulk order.
Lead times are estimates, counted in working days from receipt of the deposit and confirmation of all details. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (typhoons, port congestion, cancelled sailings, pandemic controls, policy changes), but we will inform you promptly and help reschedule.
The text, product photography, catalogues, drawings and page design on this site belong to Foshan Li'en New Materials Co., Ltd.. You may download catalogues for evaluation and tendering, but you may not use our images in your own marketing, marketplace listings, or to present yourself as the manufacturer. Contact us for a licence.
Trademarks, drawings and design files supplied by a customer remain the customer's property. We use them only to fulfil the order and treat them as confidential.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss caused by project delay arising from use of the information on this site. For any order, our total liability is limited to the amount already paid for that order.
This site may link to third-party websites (video platforms, social platforms). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability.
We try to keep the site running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary unavailability due to maintenance, upgrades or events beyond our control is not a breach of these terms.
These terms, and any dispute arising from this website, are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first try to resolve the matter amicably; failing that, the dispute goes to the competent court where our company is located. Orders covered by a signed sales contract are governed by the dispute-resolution clause in that contract.
