A cold-climate project where the client had been let down by a previous supplier whose panels warped in the first winter. The specification was rewritten around a higher-density WPC core and a wider expansion allowance at every panel joint.

We produced the entire corridor package — 168 headboard walls, the corridor feature walls, the ceiling profile and the bathroom-adjacent flooring — from a single film batch, so the six floors match each other under the same lighting. Mock-up room panels were shipped before the bulk run and approved on site.
