When you send an inquiry or request samples through this website, we collect:
Name, email and message are required to send the form; every other field is optional.
To detect your language automatically, your IP address is sent to the third-party service ip-api.com for a country lookup. We do not associate your IP with any information beyond that lookup. If you prefer not to have your IP used this way, you can simply use the language switch at the top right of the site, or block that request with a browser extension — the site will still work normally.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing email unrelated to your inquiry; if you want product news, you have to subscribe separately and deliberately.

We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, you will just need to pick a language again on each visit.
Inquiry records are kept for 3 years so that we can follow up on previous quotations and repeat orders. Records past that period are deleted periodically. The language preference cookie lasts 30 days.
Inquiry data is stored in files on a server we manage, located in Hong Kong, China. Only authorised sales and technical staff can access it. The server uses HTTPS for all traffic and the data directory is blocked from public access.
If you are in the EU, the UK, or another region with similar legislation, you have the following rights over your personal data. We extend the same rights to all users:

The entire site runs over HTTPS. The directory holding inquiry data is not publicly accessible, and the admin area requires a password. That said, no data transmitted over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure — please do not enter ID numbers, bank details or other sensitive information in the message field.
This site is aimed at business buyers and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
